Returns/Conditions

Full Refund for Incorrect or Damaged Items:
To receive a full refund, including shipping, for incorrect or damaged items, items must be returned within 10 business days. Shipping charges will be refunded for ground shipping only.

Returns for Any Reason within 30 Days:
You may return items for any reason within 30 days of receiving them, but shipping charges will not be refunded. These items must be returned in new condition.

Wrong or Damaged Items Replacement Option:
Customers receiving wrong or damaged items have the option to request a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping Refund Details:
Return shipping refunds will not exceed regular UPS Ground shipping rates (not express shipping rates) to your location.

Processing and Insurance:
Returns and exchanges will typically be processed within one week of receipt. Items that are lost or damaged in transit are not refundable, so if you elect to send items back on your own we recommend insuring return shipments and obtaining a tracking number.

Items Ineligible for Return:
Custom order items and items modified by the customer are not eligible for return or refund.

International Orders:
Orders shipped outside of the US and Canada are not refundable.

Warranty:
We only warrant products within the United States. Items held for over 30 days may be returned for repair or replacement with prior email approval. Return shipping charges are not covered by the warranty. Modifying items voids the warranty.

Return Process:
Include a copy of your original receipt with all returns. Please indicate the reason for the return on your receipt.

Refund Process:
Depending on your payment method, refunds will be issued to your credit card, PayPal, or via check.
